My Man Dirty Boy, shown in my avatar photo just crossed over the Rainbow Bridge 3 days ago, sadly. Anyone who's been around this site for a long time might remember "My Girl Jack" was my dog when I first joined years ago, She went on many detailing adventures with me and met quite a few forum members and even some of the long time vendors here at AGO. Dirty Boy provided me and my father with 11 years of wonderful companionship and joy... Halfway through his life I got Dirty Boy a sidekick named Choeko, who's also a wonderful and very photogenic dog.

I just wish I knew how to post photos of my pets on here. I am going to try to link a few YouTube videos here of my boys since that's the only way I know to share the joy that my dogs are and were.

Sorry for your loss Dave.

The we all dread, so sorry for your loss.

Ever since his solo "adventure" five years ago, I don't trust letting him off the lead, even with supervision at home with the garage door open. He is constantly chasing the next scent, to the point where he pays no attention to what's going on around him. Even when on walks, he is often unaware of other dogs and has no interest in socializing (like father, like son). So, letting him loose at a fenced off-leash dog park for the first time was still an anxious moment for me.

Walking the dogs tonight, Ziva started scenting this area near a pond, sometimes there's a cat hiding here. Lucky for me I used the torch to check, there was a Garden Orb Weaver spider building a web across the path. The web was just above my head height, so either the spider is smart, or somebody has already walked through it. Also, I love their shadows in this photo.

And 20 metres further up the path, hiding in the bushes, hello puss.

My little boy had a vet checkup yesterday, which left me $630 lighter after blood tests for his anti-seizure meds.

But...................as soon as we walked in the door till the moment we left, he had entire room besotted and became the centre of attention for the staff and those in the waiting room. He may be an old man now, but he still looks as adorable as the day we met.

Love the old man eyebrows.
