Spray bottles

JMK Plastic Spray Bottle

I found these at my Ace Hardware & I really like it. I bought them off the shelf for $1 each. It seems online you have to buy them in bulk (set of 24), but the price per bottle is still very cheap.

They're 34 oz. and they are pretty solid plastic. I've used these and the HD bottles & I have to say that these make me hate my HD spray bottles. The JMK sprays better and at least you can shake it up without liquid coming out the sprayer, unlike the HD ones

Dear Timmy & Friends

The bottle is nothing out of the ordinary. It's the sprayer, and it's worth US$17 to me, but probably because I never tried the Home Depot or SprayMaster sprayers.

Maybe it's just me but I'd rather go cheap on the spray bottles to save more money for compounds and polishes to make the car shine. There are some things I'll splurge for, but spray bottles are definitely not one of them.

Depends on the application. I find the HD bottles are complete a$$. Spray master no better, a little more sturdy, but still break. Kwazar's are amazing especially for high volume area like wheels and tires. I really like 1Z Einszett Pro Atomizer for the waterless wash. All you do is press a button and it puts out a even uniform mist that you can glide a MF towel over. Yes it's 30 bucks but I'm worth it.

I say the Chemical guys spray bottles are AFFORDABLE and DURABLE for things like APC... Wheel cleaner and what not.

Creates a very fine mist and is pretty sturdy plastic....
Bad side is, the bottle will not be able to stand like strong chemicals, like TARX.
I just recently pour a bottle of tarx in the CG bottles and now the bottle is all soft.... but for everything else, it held up fine....
The only other bad part i can think of is that they put a sticker on the bottle for dilution and their name.... if it was printed on... it be better.

Kawazar are awesome... at first im like hell if i spend 15$ for a bottle i might as well buy another product... 15$ can get u ALOT of other products....

But after buying the DP rinseless Kawazar package, IM SOLD.... im so amused by the 2 spray squeeze thing... and the bottle is SUPER STURDY... and i just ordered 4 17oz sizes

That sprayer is made by Kwazar. It's the Venus Pro Plus.

It is fantastic for waterless washes and quick detailers.

Dear Shakabruddah

Try the Kwazar spray bottles. I have some and they're the best I've ever used.

The Kwazars were one of the spray bottles that I was looking at, but the price scared me off. But hearing all the good reviews has me thinking hard about getting these. Things I like:
1. Heavy duty construction all around.
2. Flare at the bottom to help prevent tip-overs, yet still maintain relatively small footprint.
3. Color coding.

What I don't like:
1. I've read that these are imported from Europe and imprinted in metric, not ounces. If this is true I'll have to mix my favorite "poisons" in a separate container/bucket and transfer to the Kwazar.
2. Extremely high price-tag.
3. No lower priced equivalents to be found in any retail stores, so I'll have to rely on the internet. I want instant gratification! LOL

I haven't really made up my mind yet. I'm saving up to make a HUGE purchase here on AG. Free shipping and a free product sample is nothing to sneeze at, lemme tell ya.

I use the Meguiar's bottles and use the chemical resistant sprayers for the harsh stuff. When done, I run hot water through them.....

Dual Action Sprayer

You guys should look into these bottles. I bought 3 kwazar and liked them very much but needed more but at that price tag i have a hard time justifying it when there alot of other detailing related things Id like to get. I did a comparison of the parts and there is virtually no difference between these and the kwazars. They both comes with the exact same chemical resistant seals. If anything I can say that the tab that holds the kwazar spray handle in place continues to pop off on my kwazar and i have yet to have a problem out of the agri pro bottles. The spray patters are identical and when I can almost buy three of the these for the price of one kwazar, I won't be purchasing anything but these.

I have also used the dual action sprayers referred to by A-Train for well over a year. They both have the same dual action sprayer which is their most unique feature. There is a difference, however, in that Kwazar uses viton seals which are more chemical resistent. That difference is generally not relevant for most products used for auto detailing, excepting, perhaps, some wheel cleaning chemicals stonger than what I use.

The ones I referred too use viton seals also.

but by the time i pay for the shipping and the bottles...
Price is very close to the ones u will be paying at AG

Fenderpicks, unless you live in New Zealand, I disagree, based on my experience (for the orange DAS, that is). Also, as a Floridian, I pay sales tax on AG purchases. Many internet veterinary suppliers sell these spray bottles. If you are a dog owner, like me, I found other things to buy to meet a free shipping threshold, which was lower than AGs.

Im talking about the double action sprayer the folks are talking about
What other web sites sell the sprayers except the one linked above?

There quite a few websites that sell those bottles. I ordered 7 and had $6 shipping. That's not close to the price of AG. The bottle is less than half the cost and shipping is cheaper. Unless its a free shipping block AG charges me at a minimum $12 to ship a microfiber.

So does the dual mist head need a special bottle? I wonder what it would cost for the replacement head that was provided in the link. AGRI-PRO is the link I am speaking of. If you didn't need a special bottle I would be tempted to buy some cheap bottles and use those heads.

Went to our nations largest retailer today to pick-up an extension hose for my Karcher K 2.360 pressure washer and some pump guard.

I was walking around, and noticed they sell Rubbermaid spray bottles for $3.79. Then, I noticed the spray head on the bottle is the exact same spray head that Griot's Garage uses. These are great spray heads, and a great local buy if you like Griot's sprayers. I can't comment on the Rubbermaid bottle yet, but it seems pretty heavy duty and reads its for cleaners, pesticides, and other liquids. They also rate it "heavy duty". I picked up one. Here are some comparison pics:

A Rubbermaid bottle on the left; a Griot's on the right.

Some pics showing the two sprayers and pick-up tubes are identical. The only noticeable difference is the Griot's had a red plastic decoration piece on the back.

An image from the underside of the sprayer. Rubbermaid left; Griot's right. Notice the red plastic piece on the bottom of the Griots. The piece appears to serve no function except cosmetic purposes:
