Love those rimsSaw this at my local shops this morning, very rare over here. I'm sure someone probably thought I was harrassing this woman parking in a disabled spot. View attachment 138429
Most people don't even notice, the lady driving it was totally surprised that someone realised what it was. It's her husband's car, his third Cadillac, her car is an old Holden Statesman, as close as there is to an Australian Cadillac, and I told her I would have taken a picture of that if she'd driven that to the shops.Love those rims️
What do people think of those cars down there in general Dave

I love those rims too, they remind me of these from back in 2000, Holden released an International badged Calais with a similar rim design, they were only 17 inch, but that suit this car perfectly. Roger will probably like this, the only engine option was the Holden version of the Buick supercharged 3.8 V6.Just came to say same thing

That would fall under the car not being road worthy and insurance would be void. There's a few cars around my area that have their windscreens tinted, completely illegal of course, and likely to cause issues with insurance if you're in an accident. I suppose they're lucky the police really aren't that observant.
A RWD platform using the S/C'd Buick 3800 would've been awesome hereI love those rims too, they remind me of these from back in 2000, Holden released an International badged Calais with a similar rim design, they were only 17 inch, but that suit this car perfectly. From memory, they were detuned a little when they arrived over here, the SC V6 power output was too close to the HSV 5 litre V8 in use at the time.A RWD platform using the S/C'd Buick 3800 would've been awesome here️

Depending on the year/vehicle our 3800 S/C made 225, 240 and 260 hp, the later offered in the rare Pontiac Grand Prix GTX, can't remember if Buick had a version in the Regal of not, there were prototype GSX's I'm sureFrom memory, they were detuned a little when they arrived over here, the SC V6 power output was too close to the HSV 5 litre V8 in use at the time.
Holden 5.0 V8 - 221hp
Holden SC V6 - 230hp
HSV 5.0 V8 - 248hp
Great color and wheel choice, hope to see more of that 992![]()
