I agree.

Some I'll add for honorable mention:

- Lambo doors (unless of course, if you drive an actual Lamborghini)

- Wipers that look like this:

- Skull shift knobs (unless your last name is Munster or Adams):

- Don't even know what to call this one. Hydraulics? When they make a car bounce around:

- Don't know what this is really called either. Undersize tires? Death wish?

- This one I call "big generic spoiler". Plus: works on any car. Minus: looks horrible.

Those are definitely some of the worst.

If I may add;

1. Installing wheels of a larger diameter than factory stock (especially on vintage muscle cars).

2. Wrapping.

I am not partial to Donks (30 inch rims) .... but to each their own.

That would be stretch and poke.

Poke wheels out from fender, stretch tire to fit wheel.

Most of what I don't like is the garbage some 18 year old cobbled together in his dad's garage and thinks it's pretty sweet. That, and aesthetic mods that severely inhibit performance (stretch and poke, slammed static suspensions). I can at least appreciate that some engineering went into air and hydraulic suspensions.

Mine would be lowering an SUV or Ford F150 or Chevy or Dodge Full Size Pick-up and having large rims and barely having 2 inches of clearance. But swanicyouth pretty much covered all bases for me too

Oh man some of the idiosyncrasies that abound in the place us South Africans call home in the car mod scene

Pretty much all that has been covered above applies but then you get:

Plastic lookalike brake discs (even cross drilled) that people with rear drum brakes fit to their cars to try and fool onlookers that they have actually got discs

VW MK1 golfs with 17" and 18"wheels

Mommy's sticking eyelashes on their car's headlights

Bog standard little 1300 runabouts with huge coffee can exhausts

Holy moly. I'll need to prepare myself before I see that one.

Bubb Rubb and Lil Sis would be turning their graves If they saw these comments.

I say in their graves because based on Bubb's driving technique, I assume they have been involved in a fatal car accident by now.

I would hope he is talking about aftermarket led strips that are literally stuck on with tape or adhesive. Because you are right, almost every car nowadays has led light strips in the headlights.

Yes the aftermarket strips. Not the new factory trend.
Although some of the Caddies are overkill or really just plain....insert word

Just got home from a Christmas Get together with friends. On the way home I saw a Mini-Cooper with eyelashes on the headlights!!! BLECH!!

HID headlights not installed in projector style headlights.

Neon colored wheels.
