what are you currently watching?

I'm just over half way through Oppenheimer, and while I am enjoying it, I just can't sit all the way through a 3 hour movie anymore. When I'm looking for something to watch I look at the duration and if it's more than 2 hours I usually pass, what's happening to me?

It's was a one off watch for me, I did see a HBO doco on him was interesting but sad to see a man go through what they did to him.

Listening to classical music.
I listened to the William Tell Overture while walking my dogs tonight, I had my music app on shuffle. I have a few favourites I like to listen to occasionally. There is a thread for what you're listening to. But our tastes are many and varied.

I find it really annoying that I can't just listen to something on YouTube without having my screen active, wasting battery, unless I want to pay for their premium service, or is there a hack I'm not aware of. I am aware of the many YouTube downloaders which convert the audio to MP3s, but I also don't want go to that much trouble.

Yeah, it’s like you are either willing to give one or the other of the streaming services $10 a month or more, or you deal with all the garbage, ads, etc

I rarely even attempt to listen to anything other than my decades old playlists

Considering I have a red Mustang on order, naturally I was drawn to this video.

I know this is a performance car on a drag strip, but I can't get over how abusive some guys shift gears, then wonder why they break something and blame Ford for using "fragile" transmissions.

Summit Racing NHRA Nationals. Great news today that John Force responded to his family, recognized them, and spoke his and their names - and gave two thumbs up.

if i'm not watching/searching for detail videos on YT, then it's fragrances videos. spending money on that is just as addicting as buying detail products. especially, when there is hype (on a release) in the fragrance community because then it gets sold out and the price goes up just like detailing products. it can become addicting and spending can get out of control...

disclaimer: i'm not responsible for this childish behavior towards your wife (or girlfriend) which may result in injury and/or unfavorable consequences.

it will be interesting if these (BYD) will ever make it to USA soil. this could spell trouble for some auto manufacturers if the pricing (even with 100% tariffs) is still onsiderably less than the competition...

I see quite a few BYDs on the road over here, they started selling them a year or two back. They look ok, sort of a generic small SUV, I haven't seen any of the Seal sedans yet. As far as I know the people who have bought them like them, except for one family who had a battery failure while driving on a highway at 62mph. They're not happy with how they've been treated by BYD. Other than that they seem to be ok, but their target audience is people who are looking for an EV but can't afford, or don't want to wait, for a Tesla, and people who aren't really cars that much.
