Used McCormick brown gravy packet since I was too lazy to make my own.

As for the chicken katsu, it’s breast fillet and I used panko bread crumbs and seasoned with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Plus regular jasmine rice

Took the wife to Gramercy Tavern for dinner last night. Amazing meal. Had the prefix menu. Course 1 - bolognese dish, course 2 black bass, desert was baklava ice cream. Pear necessities drink - I’m a big rum fan. Check out their website for pictures as it was a little dark for my phone to take good ones. I highly recommend this restaurant if in NYC. We were celebrating our 24th anniversary and they brought out complimentary champagne, they also brought us any extra desert; coconut merengue pie. It was basically a small version of a wedding cake. Somewhere along the way they also sent over parsnip purée which was amazing. Easily one of the top 5 meals i’ve ever had.
 
Breakfast sandwich, made at home:

-scrambled egg with cracked red pepper and habanero hot sauce
-2 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
-3 slices of Steak Em
-poppy seed bagel

...and enjoy! Coca-Cola to drink, ofcoarse

Lunch was a Veggy Pizza on Cauliflower Crust. Red & Green Peppers, Olives, Onions, tomatoes, few things of Broccoli, and some home made plant based cheese.

Dinner I wasn't hungry as while the above looks small it was more of a Medium size and I ate the whole thing :hungry: So I ate a nice salad and some fruit for dessert.

BBQ chicken breast, 6oz sirloin, house salad with ranch, green beans, 40oz of Melvin brewing killer bee on tap. At Texas Roadhouse. Wife was craving a steak so we went.
