Nope! No darn peppers!
It just so happens to be my night to cook. Decided to pick some zucchini from my wife’s garden. Sliced them up and fried in olive oil. Then I sautéed some garlic in oil. Throw in some parsley grated cheese and mix it all together.
Oh and don’t forget a good glass of wine.

We lost a great person today.
A loving husband and dad, a caring man and a person who lived life to the fullest.
I along with the rest of us are fortunate to have known you Ron.
When ever I have a great meal I`ll always think of you Ron, a fellow foodie for sure!
I`m grateful we took the time to meet and have lunch at one of the many great places you shared with us over the years.
Cheers my brother, we`ll miss you.
Prayers and condolences to your family.
