Holla... I say HOLLA!

CarMomma just snagged Garth Brooks tickets for the first show in Atlanta this Fall!!!!!!! :D

The ONLY good thing about being handicapped is you can get decent tickets.

Already have 3 shows scheduled, (was 1 this morning). Should be more to come.

Garth called the radio station a few minutes ago and said they've suspended ticket sales because Ticket Master crashed. Have to get "Atlanta" fixed then they'll start selling again.

'Cause I got friends in low places.
Where is the whiskey drowns.
And the beer chases my blues away.
And I'll be okay.
I'm not big on social graces.
I think I'll slip on down to the Oasis.
Oh, I've got friends in low places.

OR....

The thunder rolls.
And the lightnin' strikes.
Another love grows cold.
On a sleepless night.
As the storm blows on.
Out of control.
Deep in her heart.
The thunder rolls.

AND.... probably my favorite boogie song of all time from Little Feat (tjat Garth does)
Dixie Chicken!!!! :D

It's been a year since she ran away.
Guess that guitar player sure could play.
She always like to sing a long.
He was always handy with the song.
Then one night in the lobby
of the Commodore hotel.
I buy a chance met a bartender
Who said he knew her well.
And as he handed me a drink
He began to hum a song.
And all the boys there at the bar.
Began to sing along.

If you'll be my Dixie chicken
I'll be your Tennessee lamb
And we can walk together
Down in Dixie land
Down in Dixie land

.......

That Friday Tricia will be with him and it's Tricia Yearwood's birthday... sooooooo expect a paaaarrrrty!

Time to crank up 10,000 watts of surround sound and boojie-woojie 'fer a while y'all.

I play drums for a band called Bloodline Riot out of Detroit, Mi. We just released our single, "Letting Go", so I've been going over that and the other track we recorded on that session, as well as some basement recordings of new material.

We're kind of like Avenged Sevenfold meets Papa Roach - which is a little heavier.

When it's wind down time, I'll turn on my lite rock hits from the late 70's / early 80's. Hall & Oates are coming to town in September. I'll probably end up going to that show.
