What are your brands of choice?

I use mostly xmt products. I have use megs & collinite. I just used finish kare to strip off industrial fall off...worked great. I like to try dp products and some carpro products. I like to clear some of my inventory first.

Meguiar's for paint
Eagle One for wheels (all wheel and tire cleaner)
Do Do Juice sampler, I like but out of my price range for regular use. Someday! It's great wax!

Meg's by the gallon...I also have a lot of PBMA items that work great!!! Sonax Chrome

Polsh is very good as well as is their Aluminum and Metal Sealant (bottle not in front of

me so check that last name to be sure!). Optimum...It would be a sad day to have to

go without my OPC!!

I don't have a brand anymore, I have lots of options depending on the paint.

Meguiar's polishes
Blackfire and Wolfgang Sealants
Blackfire and Collinite waxes
But I'll experiment with just about any product to see if it'll be worth using on a regular basis. I've bought Dodo juice products but haven't used them yet. Makes life interesting. What I've found out is the fact that a good product that seems expensive is cost effective because in most cases so little of the product can be used to achieve the desired result.

Optimum, Menzerna, Pooboy's, Collinite and Chemical Guys

Let me ask this then. What are some economical choices for production detailing that are high quality? Maybe things in gallons or 5 gallons...
Optimum and Meguiar's put out a lot of their stuff in larger quantities and their products are wonderful!

Malco, Meguiars, Wolfgang, and various others. But, those are the main members of my clan. :dblthumb2:

For the most part: Meguiar's, Optimum, P21S, Poorboy's, and Chemical Guys.

I'm surprised it took so long to see a Poorboy's mention.

I've always used Meguiar's OTC prior to AG, then I tried out one of the Poorboy's Dark Perfection sample kits on my Black '08 Accord. This weekend I just went through the whole kit again with a Meg's mild claybar to start and Collinite #845 to finish...looks and feels amazing. I have a small pot of Dodo Juice Blue Velvet Hard Wax on the way, but I imagine it'll be a bit before I need to/get to use it.

All by hand, no garage, parallel parked on a city street, random sun = Poorboy's :xyxthumbs:
