What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

SPF should not dust that much. The only time I found it to dust a lot is when my pad was dirty. By that I mean, polish dried within the foam pad and when used it dusted like a dust storm. I now soak my pads overnight in apc before washing and drying.

I had never seen it that bad before either

I toss my pads in a bucket with dish soap, squeeze them a few times to make sure they are saturated, and let them sit while I clean up and put my gear away

Then I take them to the kitchen, rinse them and wring them out, and get a bar of laundry soap and go after them

I learned that from Sandro from Car Craft on Youtube

They come out CLEAN

I will try the SPF again on a door because thats next going around the car and use both a new pad and a cleaned pad and see what happens, and I noted the humidity is 61% right now so hopefully that will be the same

My first thought was a weather anomaly but 61% is pretty normal

IDK

It's been said a number of times not to wring them out, I'm sure someone can explain why. I clean my pads with that brush and let them soak in water and rinse them again and push the water out with the palm of my hand and let dry naturally.

I’m sure it’s an adhesive issue

Been doing it for 15+ years and can’t say a pad has ever died because of it

Just finished the laundry from today

Rsurfer, you will enjoy this

The mint colored stack of towels came from Ranney

They have to be 14-15 years old

Before going into work I decided to finish off my bottle of Adam's Slick and Slide on the ES. I swiped my tires with what's soaked into my Adam's graphene tire dressing, just even things out. It's a beautiful day so after work I'll come out to an "extra G L O W"

Washed early this morning to find OS dead after 2.5 weeks. Striped, decon, polish and put Griots 3 in 1 back on. Should have just stayed with Griot's from the beginning, but you know how that goes.

Not yet but I was thinking of buying it. I've been looking for their Rinseless wash but haven't been able to find it.

I put a pretty heavy layer of the 3 in 1 on, so I may not put a second coat on. I was thinking I could wash with the Ceramic Wash to boost it a bit.

Have you tried it Klasse?

With everything I have, I don't have that much Griot's.
I like their stuff and should try more of it.

I find myself coming back to Griot's all the time. I really like their entire line of products. High quality. USA made too.

Took my daughter to her Sat appointment and had 45 minutes to kill so I did a Feynlab WW using my 1000ML Kwazzer. It was just dusty so it just took 3 plush, edgeless microfiber towels to clean it all up. I used my designated towel to clean the wheel faces and gave the tires a swipe too, leaving them with a "like new" appearance.

I'd also like to give my respects to those who died on Sept 11th 2001 and prayers to the families they left behind, WE HAVEN'T FORGOTTEN ANY OF YOU
