What did you do today non-detailing related?

Celebrated me and my twin brother's birthday, Was a absolute #### day weather wise but we went bowling then out for dinner.

But tomorrow we hope to test out the e scooters. :birthday:
 
Girlfriend and I did trivia at a local brewery that does it monthly except during the summer. It was Cinco de mayo / mother's day themed. We won 2 of 5 rounds and tied for first in another (but lost the tie breaker). 3rd place overall but we won 9 beer chips so free drinks next time.

I know my Mexican food.... Except for the second to last one

Cheers Dave we went to Cradle Mountain today because the track was to wet, had some snow which was great to see falling, gave a wombat a tickle (got told off by some stranger) and saw a blue FJ just like yours parked up he had roof mounted LED lights and black steel wheels. was a good day!

I went to Cradle Mountain many years ago, walked around Dove Lake, saw a Wombat too, it was walking on the trail ahead of us. It snowed a few days before we were there, but it was a beautiful clear day for us.

Got a few of my pepper seedlings planted outside. Instead of putting them out for increasingly longer time, I'm trying shade cloth this year to harden them off. So far, it's lemon drop, shishito, tam jalapeno (mild variety) and lemon spice jalapeno.

I was looking at the moonrise when I noticed it, looks like a really bright satellite. I have an app that can predict when you can see it, but this was just pure chance.

Pulled the fridge out Saturday and did what needed to be done. WOW! 30 years of dirt and crap no doubt. Floor was really bad and the back wall. Bucket of Mr. Clean mixed up, towels and vac. Also cleaned the exterior of the fridge. 100% better!

Transmission was pulled because of a massive leak coming from the front pump area. I have it back in the car, so far so good....

Spent quite a bit of time cleaning out the garage and throwing away useless stuff trying to get the other bay of my garage usable. Still got some boxes to go through, but I did manage to get my fishing stuff off my shelves and my car cleaning stuff up.

Went around the house Saturday and replaced all the smoke and carbon monoxide detector batteries.
 
About a month and a half ago I switched from the standard 4 or 5 blade cartridge razors to a Henson single blade safety razor.

I had no idea how many cool options and gadgets were available for shaving

Down the rabbit hole of learning a new thing.

Tried a few different shave soaps so far.
