What Kind of Dog Do You Have?

9 yr old black chihuahua mix named Brandy that I rescued when she was about 6 mos old. And then Jack, a 3-ish yr old mini sheltie that I rescued about a yr ago. Both are currently asleep next to me in the recliner and on the foot rest. Make great fireplace substitutes.
 
Our Boxer puppy Bruno. He's 14 weeks old in this picture from a long Christmas day. He turns 16 weeks tomorrow and gets his final puppy shots on Monday so he'll be able to go out into the real world soon.

We have a 74 lb.pitbull we rescued and a shepherd collie mix with no use of her back legs we rescued, very Leary of people because she was beat to get her to walk. However,she is the pittbull's boss

Thanks, I'm very happy to have him here. He needs to be broken of a lot of bad habits, possessiveness being his biggest downfall. We are already making some ground on this bad habit. He is very smart and is responding very well to training.

Thanks Bill. I'm getting ready to take him up to the shop and get him used to the sound of the polishers. I have set up a safe and comfortable place for him in my office area where he can retreat to if the polishers bother him.

This dog needs a lot of work but overall he is very affectionate and listens well to basic commands.
 
We have a piebald (spotted similar to a beagle) dachshound. His name is Patches, alias Patch, Patch-mutt and dog-head. Piebalds are rare, and the majority of them are born blind. Patch is blind in one eye since birth, and the other eye is getting bad, but he still likes to chase balls and go for rides.
 
I have an Australian Shepherd. Her name is Roxy and she is the smartest and sweetest dog I have ever come to know. Extremely loving and loyal and has energy 24/7. BUT... She does have a very naughty side when she isn't supervised! She likes to kill sheep for fun when noone is looking! When she is supervised she is an angel! Lol
She is super tiny for an Aussie, but will get a 1500# bull running for his life! On the other hand, when its about to rain and she senses it coming, she shivers and shakes like a leaf as if it is the end of the world!

I have four. Two German Shepherds and two Havaneses. German Shepherds are Molly and Maggie. And the other two are Lilly and Lacey. Don't have pics of any of them on my new phone yet.
 
We have a mutt we rescued from the pound. I think he's a lab/golden mix. He has some issues (hates water, can't clip his nails), but he is a great dog.
We had a female GSD before him who died suddenly one day. My wife and son just couldn't go right back to another GSD after that. We will go back to a GSD for the next dog......but we will always have a dog. In the 6 months we didn't have one after her death, there was a huge void in the house, something was missing.
 
Italian Greyhound

his name is "Lucca" (pronounced like the hitman in the Movie The Godfather - Lucca Brasi)

Greyhound body, super fast and smart, but full grown is like 6 pounds

The Vet/Breeder we bought him from = litter box trained him, so in these Michigan Winters, at 2AM when some dog owners are out walking their dog, mine just gets up and goes in the spare bathroom and does his thing ...

He's a great dog
 
I just adopted a dogo argentino shes all white with spots under her fur her name is mable

I have an English Bulldog.... his name is Bentley.

Loves to attack the leave blower among other things.
