Yes a boy.. We adopted him from the pound as a little guy of a family of 5. They told us he had German Shepherd and some kind of terrier. Don't see German at all. Mostly boxer and pit I think. He's a great dog, has a little anxiety separation problem when away from the golden.

I also have a golden or a mutt idk really .My wife's dogs shes had him for 9 yrs . He looks like a runt if he is pure breed .

Here is my Dog. A 10 year old Black Lab that is a friendly dog that has a healthy appetite. She is a very well behaved dog that is always full of energy.

My 3 year old Shih Tzu. His mind is part Lab/part cat. He will be eqaully happy chasing Geese/Ducks in a nearby pond or sleeping in the sun on the top of our couch like a cat.

New Buddy

I'm sorry to hear about your old "Buddy"...Was he an American Bull Dog? A friend told me yesterday that he's trying to find a good home for a 6 year old American Bull Dog. Do the have many health issues?

Your new "Buddy" is precious...I thought about getting a Dachshund before Kinzer came along.

He was an English bulldog, like a Mack truck. An American Bulldog is taller and has a tail. Yes, he was very high maintence. You have to wash his face daily. Also, depending on the tail, (You might not like this. I didn't but did it.) you have to wipe his butt. Poop hangs on if they don't have the right tail.

Our mini-goldendoodle, Penny.

^When we got her - 8 weeks old

^Now - she's about 11 months old and nearly done growing, weighing in at a very manageable 35 pounds.

We have a lab/golden mix (I think). We rescued him from the pound. He has a few quirks (hates the vet, hates water, and we can't trim his nails), but he is a great dog with a great personality.

We had a german shepherd before him, and will go back to one after he's gone.

Not a good pic, but my dog is a plain' ol mutt, I suppose, although she does resemble a German Shepard with the body of a pit bull. She's only 44 pounds, though. She's a sweetheart. Interesting story about how I acquired her, too. A friend of mine (back then) received her as a gift, but didn't really want her. So she was dumped off on me, but something told me to take her. I remember how small she was... bloated little belly and covered in fleas. :( My parents weren't too thrilled to see her come home with me, but my dad gave her a bath and they eventually got her fixed, chipped and shots all the way around. My mom wanted to get rid of her, but we all became too attached, lol. Seven years later, she's still with us... well... my parents, lol. She's a good dog, though.

I also deal with two German Shepard guard dogs at work. Their names are Chance and Bella. I kinda consider them a pet because they're really cool with me, they'll lick my hands and my face, but they'll bark the hell outta somebody else if they're not familiar, lol. They'll be barking at other people hardcore and I can still walk through the fence without them getting goofy with me. I feel bad for them because they never have a lot of human contact unless it's with me or my co-worker/friend. Sometimes I hang out with them. We take care of their water and their food.

Few more of my pitbull and gfs boxer

Awesome that you rescued him. If I could I would go rescue 10 dogs right now. Have a soft spot for dogs especially pitbulls or pitbull mixes
