What nationality are you?

I was born and raised in the United States. My parents were born here, too. My grandparents were born in the middle east(Lebanon). So, I consider myself an Arab American. What about you?

Have no idea who/what my biological parents are/were, don't really care. At the end of the day, I am an American. No hyphens.

A full fledged Americano!?? My parents and both sides of grandparents are from Texas, but my great grandparents hecho en Mexico..

:props:7 ancestors from American Revolution, 2 from Washington's Army at Valley Forge, several from the Civil War Confederacy. From Ireland and Wales other parts of England. Gosh I don't know what to call myself?:props:

I am half German (both grandmothers were first generation born in the US from great grandparents from Bavaria who fled Bismark's Kulturkampf). My maternal grandfather is full Irish. My paternal grandfather was some Irish and English with a tiny bit of Welsh.

So I am half German, a little over a quarter Irish, a little English and a speck of Welsh I guess which is ironic since my last name (Coomes) comes from Wales. From what I have read, my family left Wales to fight with William the Conquerer against the Angles and the Saxons in 1066 and stayed in England after the victory. The family intermarried with the English for the next 650 years or so. Headed to the Maryland to escape Oliver Cromwell in the mid 1600's and came to Bardstown, Kentucky in the mid 1700's living with some English descendants but mostly Irish Descendants. Now I am about 40 miles north of Bardstown, KY in Louisville, KY and don't plan on going anywhere.

Like the saying goes; "My "ARSE" is staying in the Bluegrass". I think you can figure out what word I substituted ARSE with.

I am 50/50 Italian and German. Grandparents on mothers side are Italian and fathers side are from north Germany.

I myself am a dual citizen of the US and Sweden.

Like most, American. On my mother's side it's really a cool story, almost straight out of Hollywood. My grandfather was from the US, was deployed in WWII in the Army Air Corps as an MP, and while on duty he was injured (unknown if it was combat related) and taken to the hospital. My grandmother was a nurse in the British Army and happened to be working at the hospital my grandfather was taken to. As time moved on they continued their conversations leading to marriage. My grandfather returned to the states and she sailed to the US on SS Saturnia and they were united once again. The rest is pretty much a given :xyxthumbs:.

I'm earthanese :D

My homeland is located in what our people call the "Milky Way"

While I was born in a different country far from the states I am an American.

Blood heritage?: Scottish (parish of Kilmacolm in Renfrewshire), Dutch, & Cherokee, if I recall correctly.

American citizen, Mexican descent.

I consider myself lucky to be an American, even though at times it may not seem like I do because of the criticisms I heap on U.S. of A. I love this place and I want it to remain the best country in the world. A place every citizen on earth has high admiration for. I want us (country) to act and talk with fairness and equality. With great power comes great responsibility. Bottom line is, I love my country and I would sacrifice my life to defend it.

American by birth, Southern by the Grace of God. OLson (Swedish) father's side) & Lester ( English) mother's side, scottish and dutch too.

Irish American. 1st generation of my family born here. Whole clan is in Cork.
