What Type Creeper Stools Do You Use?

I have the Griots King. It is good but I would buy the KreepStool from AG next time.

I have the bottom of a office chair....took the back off . Goes up and down and plenty of room for my big ole behind LOL.

works for me and I USE it often!

Old Tiger, Why would you rather have the KreepStool. I am considering purchasing one of them.

Thanks

Ive got a cheap mechanic's seat from Harbor Freight and the same platform that merlin listed.

That shop cart from Griot's is crazy expensive. Last one I bought was from Northern, believe it was $89.99 for the 2 self plastic version.

Interesting thread for sure. The Werner platform is looking like a winner for me...good to sit on AND do roofs...plus i like that its pretty wide...so when you finish polishing a section you have somewhere OFF the ground to set your polisher and can keep your bottle of polish right next to you too :).

Griots stools are kinda crazy priced...i love their polisher though....I dont ever really use the bucket handle much, i just like to palm the thing...but the handle is good for one thing...and thats when i need to set the polisher down...it serves as a good 'prop' to keep the pad off of whatever surface im setting it on:dblthumb2:

I thank each and everyone of you guys for your input! It's a toss up between the Griots pneumatic or harbor freights pneumatic, but I want to hear about the AG kreepstool it's currently on BO.....

The casters look to be better on the Kreepstool. gg had to send me replacement casters that are better. The Kreepstool appears to have a wider base to match my wider base. KS isnt adjustable
The GG is.

I have been using a CarQuest pneumatic roller but want the KreepStool although EVERYONE is sold out on it or it is on BO... I have been looking at the bench thing from werner too!

I use a five gallon bucket turned upside down. I am cheap. Lol. I really need to het something better.

HAHA, I do the same thing. Not very comfortable though. I always end up throwing a towel on the top of it.

I may be investing in something this spring.

I've used the Step 2 Garden Hopper for years, and love it.

A buddy of mine uses an old office computer chair he got out of the trash. The back was broken and he just took it off. It's pneumatic and works great.

Interesting... seat, work cart and beer holder in one. I'll have to look into getting one of these!

Hi Jim,
My wide base is the reason i need a new creep stool lol... The one I had before was from Costco and it looked identical to the Kreepstool AG offers but the casters on the Kreepstool do look to be made with a little more quality.

WOW!! So I'm in my garage to start clearing out/organize all my stuff and the broken creep stool is actually a Kreepstoll. Costco had them for sale about three yrs ago, and I wonder if Kreepstool have a lifetime warranty?? It's silver in color, I guess all I would need is the casters!! I'll try to post pics of it..

Someone posted this stool one other time from Home Depot, that I am thinking about getting. It is $24.97.

i bought one of these..then took it back...i got it from big lots for a little cheaper but its the SAME stool...was just too small for me..didnt seem very stable...just my opinion...and also im 6'3 so a little bitty stool like that didn't go too well with me :-\
