So I havent been on in a while, although still keeping at it... lol. I dropped one of my wash mitts and I dont have anymore, so Im back on the hunt. I was wondering if there is anything new out there worth checking out, or is the chenille mitts still the go to for the most part? Id prefer something from Amazon, since its fast.

I love the AutoFiber x Shine Supply collaboration on the wash pads and blocks. I use 4 of the double-sided wash pads on most of the vehicle and 2 of the blocks on lowest parts of vehicle, bumper, etc in each wash session. Easy to launder as well.

Thats the Flat outs?

It is when you want 16 of them per bucket.

I bought my knock offs of those mitts a while back and they’re SWEET. No way in hell I’d pay $12 per mitt. Lol
Whats up man! You got me into those knock off MF madness mitts a while ago but gave them to a buddy. I need something else!

Why’d you give them away? You didn’t like them or something?

It’s been so long I forgot where I got them. But your messages should be able to remind me.

I’m going to meet up with an old friend and fellow detailer tomorrow, we’re supposed to detail several real nice cars.. I’m going to bring 4 of those knock off incredimitts with me because iirc he could use an upgrade to his wash mitts selection and I’d like to see what he thinks of them.

Just wanted to change them out. I change them out every so often. I thought I had more than I did.

Did you like them?

I noticed some of mine turned stiffer than the others. The others are considerably softer and more plush to this day.
Yeah I like that style, just dont know of a good brand. Sucks the name brands are considerably more expensive. When Id bet they're close to the same if not the same.

In that case I don't blame you, why not use multiple, quality edgeless mf towels

Just found the Meguiars thinner MF mitt on sale for 4.50 on Amazon. Ive always been scared to use that thing, its so thin and not plush lol. Its an oldie for sure, so they have to be doing something right on that.

These mitts are way better than any towels for washing.

If your more concerned with cost then quality or name brand, why not just drive to your local Harbor Freight and pick up their wash mitt? Its 7 bucks and it looks like the CG one.

I’ve got like 6 of those style mitts that I bought from the .99 cent store that I use for the bottom of the rocker panels and windshield cowl & wipers, exhaust pipes, etc. There’s always at least 2 at the bottom of my wash bucket for the end.
