worked on some butterfly today, very tiring i must say. these guys make it look easy...

Walked around work place building (about 1.2 miles)

Kettlebell(KB) deadlifts/KB bent-over rows/KB swings curls, Russian twists on stability ball( SB ), SB hip extension... all done in circuit fashion... for 4 sets... efficient and quick... in and out.

After almost 7 months in physical therapy, I mowed my back lawn today with no problems. (Push mower)

ran 1 & 1/2 - 2 miles today...

I ran about 3 miles this morning and just got back from another 2 miles now and will shower, eat dinner, and watch Game of Thrones, it's just me and the animals tonight, everyone is out of the house and at the in-laws!!!!!!

I've been doing DDP Yoga for the past 5 months. Down 29 lbs from when I started.

Started at 253 and I'm at 224. Doctor wants me to get to 200 so that's the goal. Going to try and beat that.

8 weeks into the 13 week intermediate level so almost done until the 13 week advanced level.

Hard to believe the changes seeing myself side by side in photos.

1 hour of weed eating with a Echo strait shafts gas brush cutter with a heat index of 105 °f.Wearing jeans,long sleeves,metatarsal steel toe boots and safety goggles.

Yeah, you just can't brush cut in shorts. But long sleeves?

The one I go to is nice! Also has a swimming pool.

Plus racquet ball courts and a basketball court.
