What's the last form of exercise you've done?

35 minutes on my elliptical trainer, with 2.5 pounds of leg weight on each leg, two separate 10 minute whole body sessions with TRX, one before to loosen up even further., one after strength training to stretch. 30 minute strength band whole body session in between TRX. And that's on top of walking my dog for 30 minutes.

And I'm still too damn fat.

Gym day...

ARC machine and arms/upper body plus sit-ups and stretching.

Saturday got out for a 5 mile run... EARLY.
Heat wave still here. Hopefully breaking tonight.

Going to attempt my powerlifting program again Monday. See how it goes if I don’t anger the knees and back again

I've read most of this thread and I gotta say it's inspired me! One month ago today I tore my ACL at work and waiting surgery and am absolutely going stir crazy, so last week I signed up at a gym and have been doing light duty exercises just to keep my core at its current shape. Im really digging the physical rush but the mental aspects of "trying" to stay in shape was really welcomed.

Thanks to all of you who constantly get up and get at it, it's inspiring.

Way to get out and do it!
Being injured sucks and trying to stay positive through it is hard.
I'm glad we all inspired you!
