35 minutes on my elliptical trainer, with 2.5 pounds of leg weight on each leg, two separate 10 minute whole body sessions with TRX, one before to loosen up even further., one after strength training to stretch. 30 minute strength band whole body session in between TRX. And that's on top of walking my dog for 30 minutes.
And I'm still too damn fat.
