On my second week of F45 training. Trying to loose some weight and get back into shape for my trip to Norway in July. I kick myself for letting myself get this far out of shape.

Hit the gym this morning...
Upper body workout with some core and stretching to finish :xyxthumbs:
 
Saturday: 6 mile run
Sunday: Gym - Bike with leg workout, sit-ups and stretching
This morning: Gym - ARC with CORE
 
70+ years old and in the midst of trying to shed 2.5 full bags of potatoes over the first 4 months of this year. Also training to run a 10K in May. So far results are satisfactory and ran 4 miles today. Gotta keep it going, but will be tough just to maintain the next two weeks when we go on a cruise the first week and fun in the sun week 2. Will take all the encouragement I can get :-).

2 weeks won't kill you... but don't go crazy.

Saturday: GYM- Legs, sit-ups and stretching

Before work morning walk with my best friend.

 
Yesterday: Gym - arms and upper body, sit-ups and stretching
This morning: 3.5 mile run
 
Saturday: Gym- CORE
Sunday: 4 mile run
Today: Gym- arms, sit-ups and stretching
 
My exercise today was precisely walking. I don’t know how far I walked because I don’t have a tracker but my guess is it’s about 2km worth. I went to a client today and got trapped there because of the surge from my ride home. So basically I shopped for necessary stuff.
 
Went snow skiing (downhill) for 8 hours Saturday with my buddy who has 2 nonstop teenage boys (30 minute lunch break); my senior citizen hips took a beating ( knees were fine)

You are brave... don’t ski anymore to save my knees.
