On my second week of F45 training. Trying to loose some weight and get back into shape for my trip to Norway in July. I kick myself for letting myself get this far out of shape.

I called the pool and set the time for the lesson, is this considered?) (In general, the last lesson was an easy run, about 3 km.)
70+ years old and in the midst of trying to shed 2.5 full bags of potatoes over the first 4 months of this year. Also training to run a 10K in May. So far results are satisfactory and ran 4 miles today. Gotta keep it going, but will be tough just to maintain the next two weeks when we go on a cruise the first week and fun in the sun week 2. Will take all the encouragement I can get.
Went snow skiing (downhill) for 8 hours Saturday with my buddy who has 2 nonstop teenage boys (30 minute lunch break); my senior citizen hips took a beating ( knees were fine)
