Yea but what I'm saying is, doesn't the label of D115 recommend up to a 20:1 ratio for high humidity conditions? If that's the case and I would've used it @20:1 on a wet panel like this morning, it would've been a watered down dripping mess, wouldn't it? So why is that recommended? Or am I just wrong?
