what's your weather currently like?

Hang in there. I've been amazed by how far south people are getting snow. When it isn't something you're used to or prepared for (who would have guessed it would snow in Houston!), it's not fun.

Guess the ice storm Monday was not enough. Another storm late tonight thru Friday. 6"- 8". When you have to travel a decent distance for work, this is just hate full. Half my neighborhood is either on unemployment or retired. So everyday is a Saturday to them. They could care less about the weather. Going to offically say here, I AM SICK OF WINTER!

I'm a T. Cruz fan since he does what he told his constituents what he was going to do if we elected him which is an odd concept with politicians in general...but we wont get into the weeds with politics. I doubt he nor anyone else in Houston knew about the amount of wind turbines going down, it's 20% of our (TX) energy generation and half of those were down.

I feel very confident that the state will sort this out...some "odd" things were going on that needs be looked at.

First morning in a couple of weeks that here in Iowa we are above zero. 30's this weekend, break out the shorts for the heat wave!

Stay safe and careful all!

Pauly watch you don't slip on that sleet and have your shoes fall off!

Well, my head was bashed apart, but I was initially hurt with his words........................:laughing::laughing:

Back on topic.......... What's your weather like, Cleveland? ;)
Aside from some cold, just enough snow each morning to make the commute irritating, about 14" in all since Monday.

It's getting old quickly...

We finally broke out of that cycle down here today. The commute didn't bother me too much, but I hated shoveling my driveway and sidewalk only to wake up in the morning and find it buried...again. Funny part the 1~2 inches we got almost every night before/after the big storm were never really in the forecast! It's amazing how a 20% chance turns into another hour of shovelling.
