what's your weather currently like?

It's warmer in Siberia Russia than it is here right now...could be worse:

It was -17F when I got to work this morning in suburb of Minneapolis.
My unheated and detached garage was about 14F, so wasn't terrible getting into the car.
Supposed to be one more really cold night (-10F or colder) and then the heat wave begins, supposed to be close to 40F on Sunday.

I can't even tell if you're joking, I've never heard of that. The coldest place I've been was on top of a snow covered, clouded in mountain in Tasmania, and within 5 minutes I had ice form all over my beard on the right side of my face.
 

Compared to yesterday's -6 at this time This is when my home town ruled the world with cars and music

What about the left side?
 
Last Monday the high temp was -3F.
Currently +53F.
I watched my daughter's last alpine ski race yesterday and it was about 50F.
A fellow dad made the comment that this season there was a 70F temperature swing between their coldest and warmest races.
 
96 yesterday, 80 today, back but up to 96+ Friday for the end of summer. Which is a lot like last year, I remember because I drove down to Sydney and it was 100+, I got caught in a massive hail storm driving back home.
