Haematic

Definition: Blood-colored


As of late, there is an inundation of detailing-products that are being touted as a means to rid a vehicle's wheels of ferruginous contaminates.
What often sets these particular detailing-prioducts apart from other wheel-cleaners is:
Their chromamorphological aspects...Usually with an end-state-appeareance of being haematic.

-Prior to the below thread's occasion, there have been several threads, on various detailing-forums, about the "Death" of Carnuba Waxes...
...Seemingly, up until recently, as always being deemed to be: "The King" of LSP's!!

-Being that I refuse to be labeled as leading such a rebellion; or, enjoining in any act that could be interpreted as:Regicidism;
I'll allow the aforementioned, current thread (05.12.2012) of AGO forum member HSJ, (aka: "LDYKLLR" :eek:), itself, speak as to the demise of carnuba waxes.

Pastiche  (pa-steesh)


Definition(s):
1. Assortment; collage; collection; compilation; disarray
2. Caricature; lampoon; mockery; ridicule; invective


We've seen and heard of folks that will apply, film-layer upon film-layer, a pastiche of:
Various "Last Step Products" (LSP'S) to a vehicle's clear-coat paint film.

-Some may say it's their creation of an artwork.

-Others may ridicule this "practice"...
(And, as sometimes it should be expected, this pastiche is usually met with some form of resistance/hostility.)

-English settlers arriving under the authority of the Virginia Company of London chartered by King James I established the first permanent British settlement in North America.
These same English settlers found out soon enough that there wasn't a quantitative amount of food to supply everyone for the need for survival. Some perished...

I still have my doubts concerning the protection and durability offered by coatings.
How can so little product offer quantitative protection?
I guess that I'll soon find out first hand.

is to eliminate said customer/client from forming, and then proclaiming, accusations of a Detailer being mendacious, upon the return/pick-up of their vehicle.

Some days are better than others.
Rainy morning, then abundant sunshine.
Just planted a half dozen blooming marigolds raised from last years seeds.
The sky is grey and sullen...hopefully will get some work in from Wed. forward.

Spent most of the day at gastroenterologist in Silver Spring; followed by a nice red/blue line metro train ride home.

Thank you FUNX725 and VT for keeping up on this thread! Your contributions are definitely appreciated! I hope you all had a great weekend! Mine was amazing to say the very least! I am tired but oh, it was so worth it! I actually came in Monday night but got in at about 1am and had to get up for work at 4, hopefully it is understandable why I did not post yesterday. Albeit, I did not go to bed last night until 12ish and woke up around 330 this morning. Hmm. I am going to be pretty tired again today! :(

Paradigm

-The United States Supreme Court ruled unanimously in Brown v. Board of Education , ruling that racial segregation in public educational facilities is unconstitutional.
