In case anyone is interested, according to GTechniq support, 30ml of C5 is needed for 19" wheels. They also said to only apply 1 coat.

Good info, thanks. By "too glossy" I meant like of some of the tire and vinyl dressings have that super shiny look that I don't really care for. It could just be the lighting in the pics I saw that makes it seem that way. The EXO by itself might look just fine. I agree that it's probably not...

Thanks very much for the input. Dried condensation makes a lot of sense considering it came from Germany on a ship and was delivered to the Port of Houston, talk about humidity! I'm not going to even attempt cleaning them, probably screw something up even worse. I'm going to wait for a reply...
