I think it does. I had about 6 years of brake dust inside the barrel and I used Brown Royal at a dilution of 1:4 which is not that strong and it still worked well. I bet at 1:3 or 1:2 is pretty strong.

If you mean Ultima, that's because it wasn't even available in gallons then. I didn't even know it was available until you said something. I just added it to the list and it's $0.47/wash compared to $0.55/wash for the 22oz version
This is my vote as well.
It may seem expensive, but it is actually one of the cheapest car washes out there. In my opinion, it's also one of the best and I think others that have used it will agree.
