    Polisher machines

25 mm with a 5in has a very similar pad ghosting as a 21/6un combo 25/6in Ghosting is bad. Been using the 25/5 combo since like 2018/2019 whichever the debut was Really liking this like 3in forced mini though May keep it as my goto supplement machine

Ike my makita PO5000C, it works better with a lighterC thin pro vs thicker/heavier rupes ir LC HDO/Force pads.. Unlike the Makita, its not picky on weights..its still smooth woth a pure wool pad.. Machine corrects well, it does get a tad warm at hand rest. New grease shouldn't remedy that! I...

Flex vs. Rupes Gear Driven Orbital Polishers

I've owned all 4 Makita PO5000C (most RPM)has most correction power and smoothest when paired with correct pad weights Only one that can turn into a 3in...griot 3in HD are with force pad or HDO to retain balance. If mille(most OPM) was more heavy duty its be second. Its also picky on pad...

    Polisher machines

Refract on Australia has the forced mini, Best route is buying a downstepper machine..(speed controller works) If you just swap to a USA plug, it'll run, but speed controller sadly doesnt work. China has them, but you need 300 orders to get one Checheng makes the 25mm longthrows(no required...

FLEX XC3401 vs any of the new long stroke polishers???

Time Warp!!! Then and now I still prefer my long throw. Currently use a 25mm with a 5in BP and a 25gram pad to get it to run its smoothest. With Makita PO5000C and even the MILLE, im more inclined to use my forced machines ( I have a forced 3in mini on the way!) The short throw forced machines...

    Charging

If you market correctly you can create a market for anything. Make them see the value of your work, and they'll be bought in your service. No one in my area really does gloss enhancements...(quick 1-2 section passes with compound and finishing pad) They go from detail to 1 step..leaving a gap...

    Polisher machines

No challenges using it,..its pad ghosting with a 5in plate is very similar to a 21mm with 6in plate. I can PM you the brand. Not sure how strict AGO is anymore with discussing brands they don't sell. ..which is why I also had an Autopia account Think I had the machine since 2017 or 2018 Ive...

    Polisher machines

I haven't been on here in years, mainly due to FB groups.. But curious if I'm the only one still using a 25mm longthrow? I also discovered a 3in forced mini that I'll have my hands on soon! It'll work so much better than my Makita with 3in Griot HD plate lol

    Griot's Garage G15/G21 Long-Throw Orbital Polisher *Ground-Up Redesign*

I think griots is handling it better than flex with their xce/xfe7-15 BP issues

    Which 15mm polisher to buy?

If you don't want to wait, theirs plenty of other brand options, Just repack the grease with quality heavy duty bearing grease and use proper 12 or 10 guage extension cord..good to go

    Griot's Garage G15/G21 Long-Throw Orbital Polisher *Ground-Up Redesign*

It does, as do pad weights... You can compensate with a different weight pad if it did infact induce imbalance

    Old wax!

If you want to chemically strip with no abraisives you'll need the following steps. Acid ( like a water spot remover) Alkaline( like an APC) Solvent( like any panel prep) On that order 100% sure way is still polish though

    Going Flex...!

I haven't have a flex since makita PO5000C replacedy 3401.. The pixie has me about to jump back to that brand. For fullsize think I'm gonna do Makita forced DA, and DeWalt cordless with adapters for Bosch core
