Yes. They even look the same. I played with 2 of them at Meg's HQ about a year ago, and they are are the same. The Blue Streak had 2 xenons and then a one bulb setting. I think the Brinkman is the same way accept it comes in a grey case. The thing I hate about these things is the battery...
