    I prefer not to use dcc,but instead buy just color from automotivetouchup, but you can use your oem paint too. Dcc is mainly lacquer (if i remember) and you want a urethane paint.     The edges could be raised if the scratch made the paint slightly lift there. Id look at it under at least 25x magnification, and if thats the case, use a sanding pen to remove the lifted edges, then use a medium polish to clean it out, then alcohol or paint prep, then a few layers of touchup...

    Ive got the gg 3" and it does work for wet sanding lights. Dont expect much paint correction (can do light tasks on high speed and orange pad), but it is still useful (3" soft brush for leather cleaning is another favorite use).

    lc mf pad on flex 3401 and m105 too grabby

    How are you controlling the "grabbiness" of mf pads on the flex? I tried spritzing with onr but that didnt last long. The lc mf pad is a very thin one. I switched back to orange foam and had no more problems like this.

    Iron x soap?

    I think the soap in a foam cannon is a waste. I was pretty disappointed in it for the reasons above. Havent tried a pump on wash mitt method yet though.
