You know one of the guys that works for AG (sorry forgetting his name at the moment) put up a post a few days back of a red z06 that he did....he too spoke of the super hard clear on it and he couldn't get it to budge before, but then he tried out the Surbuf pads which really took out the deeper defects.

I'm not sure you want to go this route since yours already looks damn good to me, but its just a thought. They do leave marring thou so you'd have to follow up with an orange pad or something like it to finish it off...I'll post a link to it in a second if you wanna check out the write up.
