Easter prime rib. Had to cook a little more than I wanted as medium was requested. Middle was medium rare+ which is perfect for me…

Dude, having the Coke Zero means you get a pass on ordering the bread pudding! Next time.

Not a bread pudding guy, their apple dish is good, plus they've got cake slices too.

You ever been there?

I've had their stuff a number of times via catering/pop-ups - the times they are actually "urban". :D

Surf & surf with a white wine, lemon garlic and butter reduction. Charred asparagus.

If you guess like sweets, buy an Apple fritter and let it get a day old. Cook in air fryer for 6 min 390.

The glaze caramelizes and the fritter “crisps” it’s amazing. A little vanilla ice cream if your feeling froggy

Met a friend for lunch yesterday at a neighborhood spot I'd always been meaning to visit but, you know . . . anyway he's enough of a regular there that they just ask him "the usual?" so I just said I'll have whatever he's having. Goat chilli masala, garlic naan, basmati rice.

Haven't been able to keep up with the protection from the pepper plants lately. Being away on vacation didn't help. Decided to make some hot sauce. Was going to do a jalapeno and a Serrano. The jalapeno had a good heat level so I went with just that. Has onion, garlic, cumin, cilantro, apple cider vinegar, water, salt and the peppers.

This thread needs a bump.
Making some creamy chicken wild rice soup on this nice, fall day in MN.

I boil a whole chicken and use the 'stock' as my liquid, obviously chicken gets broken down and used, mirepoix(i.e. carrots, onion, celery), fresh wild rice in rice cooker and eventually everyone goes swimming in the crock pot with some herbs and seasonings for ~4-5 hours.
