As I have previously mentioned in other threads, detailing is a relaxation to me, I have other hobbies and I do work out but there is something just a little different with making your vehicle all nice and sparkly. I get an almost nostalgic/ reminiscent feeling of the day I brought it home.
That being said, when done washing it I realized I had a screw in one of my $350 tires. Not much more short of a new scratch or chip could have been more of a buzz-kill for me to end my relaxation period.
With that being said I figured maybe a limerick would ease the frustration as I pick all the black, sticky stuff from my fingers, residue from the plug I just put in.
Why did this have to happen to my beautiful truck
These plugs are so sticky, what's in this black muck
Somehow I found this long screw along my way
Its a simple fix, will do it myself, otherwise I'd have to pay
This kind of stuff makes me want to scream "What the f*@k!"
