Meguiar's #'s: M03, M05, M07...(M07 is my favorite)just pure shine.
I'll through pb black hole into the mix.
Guys Ive never used a glaze. Was thinking of getting the Poorboys blackhole and white diamond glazes (i think) as its locally available.
So can I apply sealant or a ceramic coating or opti coat on top of a glaze or will IPA wipedown remove the glaze?
Also can someone explain or point me to a thread which tells what exactly is a glaze and difference between cleaner waxes and glaze. Is Meguiars Paint reconditioning creme a glaze or cleaner wax?
Sorry if the queries are too n00bish

You cannot apply coatings or opti-coat over a glaze, they will not bond properly. For that matter, a sealant really won't bond properly either. You can apply a glaze over a coating or sealant.
A cleaner wax normally contains a cleaning chemical, depending on brand it could be very mild (EDTA) or very strong (sodium hydroxide), they will generally be solvent based and contain some form of actual protection, either wax or sealant. They may last 6 weeks or 6 months. The purpose is to actually clean the paint and protect it.
A glaze will generally not contain a cleaner, but often contains a filler. They will normally be water based. Their purpose is to hide defects and create a very high shine. The will last between 1 day and a 1 wash/rain. There are some exceptions (like wet glaze 2.0) that have measurable durability.
