-Why is it that the CEO of Hostess Brands earned 87 times more per year
than their highest-paid hourly employee?!?!
(And this salary doesn't even include his Benefit Plan, or bonuses.)
-When the hourly employees acquiesced when asked to take wage and benefit decreases of 14%
(this also included having their defined-pension plan becoming a defined-contribution plan instead)...
Why were all executives/managers given an 8% salary increase?
-I understand that many executives/managers fall prey to avarice...
But are they all worthy of "golden parchutes"...à la Jack Welch?
I've ask myself:
Are Hostess Brands' so-called executives/managers deserved of: A "SnowBall" chance in Hades?
