2B wash with Mother's California Gold, Bowden's Wheely Clean used on the wheels, nothing done to the tyres. I think it's time to reapply the Autoglym Bumper and Trim Gel. The second pic shows the work done by the rinse bucket with grit guard, It's been over a month since it was last washed, I didn't think it was that dirty, I was wrong. It's a Skoda Kodiaq, same as a VW Tiguan underneath. Their other car is an Audi A5, dude works at a dealership.

I was going to guess Skoda but I didn't know the model name Glad your FJ is all cleaned up, that must've been a record for you

The rain gods have been against me. Forecast says we might have a dry week or two. Also getting an alignment tomorrow, and I hate taking in a dirty car.

Not how much you take it off-roading but I bet that throws off the alignment a bit, LOL It was cool to see some "forbidden fruit" show up in the background of your pics and I'm sure I speak for a few of us that that's cool as hell, especially if it's something older.

There is some really interesting projects hiding in garages in my area, about half the houses in my estate are air force personnel, and they like to have their toys. I try to get shots of them passing if I'm quick enough.

Just a quick rinseless wash on the R today. Too hot and too much sun for a full wash. I did rinse it before washing to get the light layer of dirt off.

Sometimes that is all that's needed

Someone on another forum had a cheeky dig at the faded center caps on the Ranger last week. Nothing a bit of CarPro DLUX wont fix!

I'm sure my customers will notice and appreciate the effort I went too.

The prep area looks like a operating room

Washed wife’s van at the coin op with a brush . It’s ok trust me the brush isn’t hurting this paint anymore than the previous owners did. There is more white nail polish in this thing than bottle holds.

Got home and clayed the car, was going to do chemical Devon but decided not to waste the product on turd. Once clay was done polished with D300 and megs/griots microfiber cutting disks. Pulled a lot of the impacted dirt and a good amount of the finer scratches out. Definitely looks better.

Then masked and wet sanded the headlights. 600,800,1200,1500,2000 and compound with menzerna 400 something or another and small microfiber cutting disc. Polished with menzerna 3500 with yellow cutting foam. Came out great.

Rinseless with N914 and dry with pfm to get compound dust off. 2 layers of 10 min paint sealant, trying to use stuff up.

Ordered new bra for it as this one is torn. Only reason I run is it hides the fender bender damage from previous owners

Cant attach pictures since my phone decides to make them to big.

Take my word it’s a sparkly turd and a solid 15footer.

Not today, but yesterday.

Wash with Meg’s HW, dried with GG XL PFM, all trim treated with McKee’s plastic trim restorer, DG 253 on the tires, and paint got a coat of Optimum Spray Wax.

Ordered my 21 Silverado RST this spring and with the weather and vacation had not had the time to do a full detail.
Did a strip wash, tire/rubber cleaner on the trim, clay mitt, finish polish and Adam's Graphene Ceramic Coating.

A few days ago I detailed this little rare find of a truck. It’s a 99 or 2000 Toyota Tacoma with only 25,000 original miles. No idea where the owner found this survivor but it has indeed survived and after I got done with it looked almost brand new. I even removed the hubcaps and cleaned the backside of them.

Meguiars M100 to correct the paint. ScotchGard to protect the interior. Hyper Dressing on the tires, Britemax Easy Cut Metal Polish on the bumpers, Megs D4510 Plastic & Vinyl Coating on the windshield cowl, Glass Restoring Polish on the glass. This thing is Cherry!

Yesterday I got done with this Mercury Grand Marquis. Griots FCC and Megs D300 to correct the paint. Once again burgundy paint proved to be a bigger PITA than black IME. But it looks good now.
