Sounds like you are planning on using hundreds of gallons of water just to wash a car. You might want to look into the rinse-less washes. ONR is something to look into.

The $100 Griots is a step up from the $300 cyclo? Just keep using the Cyclo. I have always had good luck with the Cyclo, I just bought a second one so my helper with have one also. I paid more for a 5 year old used Cyclo than I could get a new Griots(with pads) for.

Maybe try to find an older S10 or ranger pick up truck. Trucks are very versatile. You can do a lot with the bed depending on your needs. I work out of a Ford f150 and it has never been a problem.
